Autumn Gatherings
Hand Dyed Yarn Inspiration:
I love to get outdoors and take long walks in nature. I have a habit of gathering things on my walk. This yarn was inspired by a walk I took one autumn. As I kicked through the fallen autumn leaves, I was taken with a fallen twig which was clothed with the most beautiful lichen. I picked up the twig and took it home to display on our nature table. years later, I was browsing through my photographs and came across the twig and leaves shot and was inspired to see if I could capture the beauty of this autumnal photo using dyes.
